This command allows precise calibration of your dBm and dBV displays and settings. The procedure outlined above (on the left of the dialog box) should be followed each time voice prompts have to be prepared for a different hardware platform (with different electrical levels on the phone line from the same digital file). In other words, this procedure calibrates Vox Studio to the electrical characteristics of the hardware on which the voice files will be used. Once this calibration is done the dBV and dBm levels used in Vox Studio will correspond to the real-world dBV and dBm levels on your target system.
