Philips VoiceManager formats

The Philips file formats supported by Vox Studio are formats with a file header. The usual extension for Philips VoiceManager formats is ".vsn".

You can select between the following codings:
A-law PCM
Mu-law PCM
OKI ADPCM at 6 or 8 KHz
